	Microsoft Recognizes Partner of the Year
	Manila, Philippines -- Amidst the glitz and glamour of an Academy Awards themed party, Microsoft Philippines gave out their very own “Oscars” to partners who showed exceptional performances last (fiscal) year in ceremonies held in Shangri-la, Makati last July 9, 2008. With all their top partners joining the party and dressing to the nines, Microsoft Managing Director Salvador “Pepeng” Rollan, in true Kaakbay fashion, led the local team in giving credit to the hard work and commitment of their partners.

	Given particular recognition was Millennium Computer Technology Corporation, a Microsoft OEM distributor for the past decade. Millennium was given the OEM Distributor of the Year award due in part to having posted double digit growth and helping Microsoft “expand their market reach, making their products available to more customers…” Millennium’s product Manager Ms. Letlet Gallego also bagged the OEM Distributor Best Product Manager. To cap the evening off, Microsoft also decided to give Millennium the prestigious OEM Partner of the Year Award to recognize the company’s efforts not just in selling Microsoft products well, but the company’s outstanding commitment to Partner Development.
