1. Item must be in warranty and must pass the criteria given by the supplier.
2. Item should be directly purchased from Millennium.
3. End-Users are not allowed to claim warranty directly from Millennium. They are advised to go back to their dealer or to the original point of purchase. However, if said dealer is no longer active, they can claim warranty directly from Seagate Authorized Service Center operated by third parties and serve as "COLLECTION POINTS" in receiving defective Seagate products.
Collection Point will only received return drives with the assigned RMA# & OA issued by Seagate. It is not the focal contact for the claim of warranty or to answer warranty inquiries.
