System Administrator

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in relevant IT work environment.
  • Supervise technical support staff and oversee the operations of the Service and Support Department.
  • Any IT related certification is an advantage.

  • Experienced on administration and maintenance of the following:

  • Windows Server 2003 and 2008 R2
  • Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge in security & firewall management and internetworking with TCP/IP
  • Pfsense firewall security and proxy management
  • Failover and Redundancy setup of Internet gateway
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or any email systems
  • Group policy creation
  • Knowledge in Remote Desktop
  • Experience on Disaster and Recovery using latest back-up tools
  • Office 2007 and 2010 and 2016 (including Outlook Mail configuration)
  • Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Knowledge on Virtualization Technology especially Microsoft HyperV (VMWare and/or Sun Virtualbox)
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting, Server/Desktop assembly and disassembly
  • CCTV Technology
  • Wireless technology (Wi-Fi and Point to point bridging)
  • Cloud Technology or any like AWS
  • Knowledge in ticketing systems like OSTicket setup and management
  • PABX and Telephony management like Panasonic
