Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Checking of daily deliveries against Delivery Receipts (D.R.) and Delivery Reports
  • Shall be responsible in checking of stocks versus delivery receipts.
  • Reporting of errors/inaccuracies and delivery issues or problems to immediate superior.
  • Recommending changes or innovations to management for the improvement of delivery process.
  • Checking of provincial shipment and pick-up delivery.
  • Writing of all stocks code & quantity written in D.R. to acknowledgement form.
  • Will prepare a weekly report for everyday transaction.
  • Checking of billing on provincial shipment.
  • Will inspect goods (in and out) to ensure that proper documentation is followed.
  • Other tasks as may be required from time to time.

  • Requirements

  • Candidate should possess Degree in Business Studies/ I.T. Related/Administrative/ Management or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 6 months related experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Assertive, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
