Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

  • General accounting functions.
  • Disbursement and Reimbursement
  • Preparation of Check Payments processing
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

  • Requirements

  • Preferably Female, ages 21-35 years old.
  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Commerce, Finance or its equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions.
  • Proficient in MS applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, hardworking, willing to work extended hours, and able to meet deadlines
  • Assertive, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Trust worthy, highly organized, attentive to details, team player and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Eye for details and excellent in analytical analysis
