Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
  • Securing warehouse and supervising staff
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
  • Will implement productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
  • Able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

  • Requirements:
  • BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and other office application
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City

    Responsibilities
    • Handles and develops small accounts
    • Activeness in doing cold calling. With consistent follow up and update thru phone call to meet or exceed current accounts expectation
    • Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Sales Department.
    • Provides updated price list whenever applicable.
    • Communicates information that needs to be disseminated within the Sales Department and/or to other departments.
    • Receives and entertains guests who visit the company.
    • Receives and transfers telephone calls from one department to another.
