| Procedure On How to Claim RMA |
1 . Verify the serial number if it is in
warranty.
Here are the 3 options:
1.1 Check the date of purchase on the warranty sticker of the
defective item itself.
1.2 Check the date of purchase on the invoice or delivery
receipt
1.3 You can call us for warranty verification.
2. Pls. call us up for the schedule of pull-out. Please bring
Millennium invoice or delivery receipt when claiming warranty to
expedite the processing of RMA.
3. Turn around time for processing RMA is 2-3 days depending on the
availability of the stocks. |

| Who and What are Qualified to Claim RMA |
1. Item must be in warranty and must pass
the criteria given by the supplier.
2. Item should be directly purchased from Millennium.
3. End-Users are not allowed to claim warranty directly from
Millennium. They are advised to go back to their dealer or to the
original point of purchase. However, if said dealer is no longer
active, they can claim warranty directly from Seagate Authorized
Service Center operated by third parties and serve as "COLLECTION
POINTS" in receiving defective Seagate products.
Collection Point will only received return drives with the assigned
RMA# & OA issued by Seagate. It is not the focal contact for the
claim of warranty or to answer warranty enquires. For warranty
enquires, please contact Seagate. Should the end-users choose to
return drives directly to Seagate, they can request for RMA online @
