SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all Servers, and all existing
  Information Systems.
• Responsible in managing and maintaining user accounts and providing technical
  support via phone, email or chat to end-users.
• Assist all employees with their inquiries, requests and issues, about any of the
  company's supported software and computing platforms to the best of his ability, in a
  professional and courteous manner.
• Responsible in resolving issues that can be resolved remotely.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems
• Manage Microsoft Exchange emails.
• User administration.
• Installing and configuring new software.
• Track requests and keep requesters informed on the status of their requests.
• Log all Service Desk interactions.
• Stay current on news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant
  to our end-user.
• Handle special tasks or projects as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information
  Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in an IT environment.
• Experienced on Administration and Maintenance of the following:
• Windows Server 2003 and 2008 R2
• ISA Server 2006/Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010 Firewall/Proxy
  (must know how to create publishing and access rule)
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPN
• Data Protection Manager 2010 (Back-up) or any knowledge on Back-up technology
• Office 2007 and 2010 (including outlook mail configuration)
• IT Security (Microsoft Forefront security)
• RAID technologies (must know how to create/restore RAID levels array)
• Outlook Web Access/Direct File System
• Backup/restore methodologies
• Windows 7
• Knowledge on Virtualization Technology especially Microsoft HyperV (VMWare and
  or Sun Virtualbox)
• Hardware/software troubleshooting, Server/Desktop Assembly and Dissasembly
• CCTV camera
• SMTP Hmail and NAS
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Competent and confident.
• Fast learners and has the ability to self-train.
• High tolerance to stress.

SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Performs a variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money; computes, classifies, records, and reconciles transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Prepares Profit and Loss statements per product for PM’s Incentive
• Computes Sales Team’s Incentive (AM, SM and RSR)
• Checks/Audits the Check Vouchers to ensure accuracy of information and
  calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
• Ensures proper application of company financial/accounting policies and procedures
• Checks/Audits Foreign Purchases
• Responsible for preparing ad-hoc reports

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• CPA License is not required but is an advantage.
• With at least 3 years experience in a supervisory level
• Experience on General / Cost Accounting / Bookkeeping.
• With very good communication skills.
• Trustworthy, highly organized and with leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Highly analytical, keen to details, and result oriented.
• Computer literate , knowledge with ERP system is a plus

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:

• Will handle accounts payable
• General accounting functions.
• Disbursement and Reimbursement
• Preparation of Check Payments processing
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Female, ages 22-30 years old.
• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Commerce, Finance or its equivalent
• With at least 1 year experience in bookkeeping and handling accounts payable and
  general accounting functions.
• With in-depth knowledge on accounts payable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Hardworking, analytical and willing to work extended hours.
• Assertive, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
• Highly organized, attentive to details, team player and have excellent customer
  service and interpersonal skills.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Trustworthy, having a keen and analytical mind.
• Committed to keep all records under confidential cover

I.T. AUDITOR
 
Responsibilities
• Performs Information Technology Audits
• He/she works with the management and plans every detail in preparation for the IT
  Audit programs, coordinates with other officers and executives in order to conduct the
  IT audit in accordance to the program.
• The IT Auditor also performs fieldwork, works with non-IT audit resources to execute
  integrated audits key business flow and the fundamental information systems.
• Evaluates report draft, discerning and approving with affected management.
• Assess answers to reports to verify rationality and advise follow-up actions.
• Classify technology issues and gives additional recommendations to management
  with solutions to fix internal controls.
• Carry out other duties and special assignments as assigned by Management
• IT Auditor also contributes in the evaluation of the satisfactoriness, success and
  effectiveness of the systems of controls, find out weakness, and proactively works
  with management to ensure conformity with laws, policies and regulations.

Requirements:
• Male or Female with at least 2 years work experience in IT Auditing
• Must be a CPA and CISA Board passer
• Must have dedication in work and unquestionable integrity
• Has passion for continuous learning and career growth
• Willing to work in Quezon City

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant will report and assist the Managing Director in his everyday functions. Her responsibility will also include being the purchaser of the Company for all non-trade products.

Responsibilities:
• Will report to the President and Managing Director (MD) and assist in his everyday
  functions.
• Ensure that all the business requirements and schedules of the MD are organized,
  recorded and provided efficiently
• Ensure that all communications and directives of the Managing Director are properly
  disseminated to all concerned individuals.
• Screening and receiving of calls and messages for the MD
• Maintenance of the Executive office
• Organizing and safekeeping of all documents of the Executive Office.
• Responsible for the local sourcing, canvassing, negotiations and procurement of
  supplies, materials, services and items for Company use.
• Recording, maintenance and update of the Suppliers / Vendors Directory.
• Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with highly competent and
  reliable Vendors / Suppliers.
• Shall supervise and administer maintenance of building facilities and equipments.

Requirements:
• Female, ages 21 years and above.
• Candidate should possess Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ I.T.
  Related/Administrative/ Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 6 months related work experience in Purchasing
• Has above-average communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be creative and resourceful
• Must be people-oriented and confident
• Must be responsible, highly-organized and keen to details
• Can multitask effectively and can work under minimal supervision


SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:

• Handles and develops small accounts
• Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Sales Department.
• Provides updated price list whenever applicable
• Communicates information that needs to be disseminated within the Sales
  Department and/or to other departments
• Receives and entertains guests who visit the company
• Receives and transfers telephone calls from one department to another.
• Prepare other necessary reports as requested.
• Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:
• Female; 21-30 yrs old; must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
